  • Data Transmission Infrastructure: Real-time data transmission\n enables swift decision-making.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Building Management System (BMS): An intelligent BMS optimizes\n energy usage, adjusting lighting, cooling, and heating loads.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

    Best practices in being data driven\nincludes:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

    • Adopting Asset Information Model (AIM) or Digital Twin.  The role of the Digital Twin is to\n function as the piece in the value chain that ties the various digitized\n deliverables in the previous sections together. <\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Further, leverage on asset ontology \u2013 an extensible dictionary\n of terms and concepts in and around buildings, a set of relationships for\n linking and composing concepts together, and a flexible data model\n permitting seamless integration of asset ontology with existing tools and\n databases.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>
